Planet Associates offers Customer Services in three areas:
Technical Support: Support for customers who have licensed the Planet IRM Suite or solutions built on Planet products and have purchased annual maintenance. Technical Support includes software upgrades, answers to technical questions, and guidance on technical issues.
Training: Our training staff offers training on installation and configuration of Planet products, and development and deployment of solutions based on the Planet Product Suite.
Professional Services: Planet Associates offers consultants and services to help with just about every aspect of an IT infrastructure implementation, from the initial planning stages to maintaining process operations.
